Cancellations and Refund policy 🧾

You may cancel your booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full refund.
After this time, cancellation charges may apply as mentioned in your booking confirmation.

If you have already accessed vehicle/driver details, your free cancellation period ends, and cancellation charges will be deducted accordingly.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support within 30 days of your booking with the following details:

• Booking ID
   
• Registered phone number
   
• Reason for cancellation (optional, but helps improve our service)
   

Refunds are processed within 21 working days and returned to your original payment method or your GO TAXI SERVICES wallet.

• Support assistance fees (if applicable)
   
• Bookings canceled after driver/vehicle details have been accessed
   
• Customer no-show (driver waits 30 minutes and cannot contact you)
   
• Cancellation within 6 hours of pickup time
   

If your driver is delayed excessively or unavailable, and you cancel due to this reason, we will waive cancellation fees and process a full refund.

As we provide transportation services and not physical goods, no return is applicable. Refund is the only applicable resolution.

आप अपने यात्रा बुकिंग को पिकअप समय से 6 घंटे पहले तक रद्द कर सकते हैं ताकि आपको पूरा रिफंड मिल सके।
इसके बाद रद्दीकरण शुल्क लागू होगा जैसा कि बुकिंग पुष्टि में बताया गया है।

यदि आपने वाहन/ड्राइवर की जानकारी देख ली है, तो आपकी फ्री कैंसिलेशन अवधि समाप्त हो जाती है, और रद्दीकरण शुल्क काटा जाएगा।

रिफंड के लिए कृपया बुकिंग के 30 दिनों के भीतर हमसे संपर्क करें और नीचे दी गई जानकारी दें:

• बुकिंग आईडी
   
• रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर
   
• रद्दीकरण का कारण (वैकल्पिक, लेकिन हमारी सेवा सुधारने में मदद करता है)
   

रिफंड 21 कार्यदिवसों के भीतर आपके बैंक खाते या GO TAXI SERVICES वॉलेट में भेजा जाएगा।

• सहायक सेवा शुल्क (यदि कोई हो)
   
• जब ड्राइवर/वाहन की जानकारी देख ली गई हो
   
• ग्राहक के नहीं पहुंचने की स्थिति (ड्राइवर 30 मिनट तक इंतजार करता है)
   
• पिकअप समय से 6 घंटे के भीतर रद्दीकरण
   

यदि ड्राइवर बहुत देर से आता है या उपलब्ध नहीं है, और आप इस कारण से बुकिंग रद्द करते हैं, तो कोई रद्दीकरण शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा और आपको पूरा रिफंड मिलेगा।

हम भौतिक वस्तुएँ नहीं बेचते, इसलिए कोई वापसी नीति लागू नहीं होती। केवल रिफंड की नीति लागू होती है।
